Text
(1)Petitions filed under ORS 663.175 to 663.260 shall be heard expeditiously, and if possible within 10 days after they are docketed.
(2)The commencement of proceedings under ORS 663.210, 663.215 and 663.220 does not, unless specifically ordered by the court, operate as a stay of the Employment Relations Board’s order.
