Text

(1)The State Conciliation Service shall maintain a list of qualified arbitrators who may be available to the parties to a labor controversy if the parties so request.
(2)An individual who applies to be included on the list of qualified arbitrators shall pay the State Conciliation Service an application fee of $100. A qualified arbitrator who is included on the list shall pay the State Conciliation Service an annual fee of $150 to remain on the list.
(3)Fees received by the State Conciliation Service under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the Employment Relations Board Administrative Account.
