In accordance with applicable provisions in ORS chapter 183, the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, in consultation with the OregonServes Commission, may adopt rules:
(1)Establishing standards and guidelines for applications for grants; and
(2)Establishing standards and requirements for administration of programs funded by grants.
