Text
The State Workforce and Talent Development Board shall, in consultation with state workforce agencies and local workforce development boards, establish the Committee for Continuous Improvement to assess the effectiveness of the public workforce development system in this state. The State Workforce and Talent Development Board and local workforce development boards shall jointly appoint members to the committee.
