Text
(1)All moneys in the Unemployment Compensation Administration Fund which are received from the federal government or any agency thereof or which are appropriated by this state for the purposes described in ORS 657.820 shall be expended solely for the purposes and in the amounts found necessary by the Secretary of Labor for the proper and efficient administration of this chapter.
(2)If any moneys received for the Unemployment Compensation Administration Fund under title III of the Social Security Act or the Wagner-Peyser Act are found by the Secretary of Labor, because of any action or contingency, to have been lost or been expended for purposes other than, or in amounts in excess of, those found necessary by the Secretary of Labor for the proper administration of this chapter, it is the
