Text

(1)If an employer lists an available forest maintenance activity job under a federal H-2B certification for temporary nonagricultural work with the Employment Department, the department shall:
(a)Confirm with the employer whether the job is open to Oregon resident workers;
(b)Notify the United States Department of Labor, union halls and community agencies serving unemployed Oregon resident workers that the job has been listed; and
(c)Display information concerning the job listing in prominent public locations frequented by unemployed Oregon resident workers.
(2)The Employment Department shall periodically inform past and present employers of workers for the performance of forest maintenance activities regarding the local supply of Oregon resident workers available to fill forest maint
