Text
An employer’s account may not be charged for additional benefits paid to an unemployed individual under ORS 657.331 to 657.334. However, nothing in this section shall be construed to relieve the state, reimbursing political subdivisions, reimbursing nonprofit employers or reimbursing Indian tribes from paying into the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund an amount equal to the additional benefits paid to an unemployed individual under ORS 657.331 to 657.334.
