Text
Notwithstanding ORS 43.130 and 43.160, the decisions, findings, conclusions, final orders and judgments that arise out of hearings under ORS 657.270, review proceedings under ORS 657.275 and judicial review proceedings under ORS 657.282:
(1)May not be used for the purpose of claim preclusion or issue preclusion in any other action or proceeding except an administrative or civil action or proceeding under this chapter; and
(2)Are not admissible as evidence in any other civil action or proceeding other than civil actions or proceedings under this chapter or in determination of eligibility for public assistance or supplemental nutrition assistance under ORS 412.001 to 412.161 and ORS chapter 411.
