Text
(1)Benefits charged to a school district or an education service district for weeks during a labor dispute shall count toward the total compensation in the applicable collective bargaining agreement of the employee who received the benefits.
(2)The district shall deduct from the employee’s future wages the amount of the benefits so charged.
