Text
(1)Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, the amount of back pay paid by an employer, or awarded by a judge or arbitrator, to an individual may not be reduced to reflect the amount of benefits that the individual received for the period for which the back pay was paid or awarded.
(2)Subsection (1) of this section does not apply to back pay paid to resolve a strike by an employer to an employee who received benefits for the period during which the strike was in active progress.
