Text

Upon request of the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services the Attorney General or, under direction of the Attorney General, the district attorney of any county, shall institute or prosecute actions or proceedings for the enforcement of this chapter, when such actions or proceedings are within the county in which such district attorney was elected, and shall defend in like manner all suits, actions and proceedings brought against the Department of Consumer and Business Services or its employees in their official capacity.
