A management services organization or a professional medical entity may not take an adverse action against a medical licensee as retaliation for, or as a consequence of, the medical licensee’s violation of a nondisclosure agreement or nondisparagement agreement or because the medical licensee in good faith disclosed or reported information that the medical licensee believes is evidence of a violation of a federal or state law, rule or regulation to:
