Notwithstanding any provision of ORS 314.835 or 314.840, the Department of Revenue and the Bureau of Labor and Industries may share information necessary for the effective administration of ORS 315.133 and 653.272, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 315.133 and 653.272, provided that the department and the bureau do not disclose personally identifiable information.
