Text
(1)If after a hearing a court determines that one or more grounds for judicial revocation of authority described in ORS 65.751 exists, the court may enter a judgment revoking a foreign corporation’s authority to transact business in Oregon and specifying the effective date of the revocation. The clerk of the court shall deliver a certified copy of the judgment to the Secretary of State for filing.
(2)The authority of a foreign corporation to transact business in Oregon ceases as of the date of the judgment of revocation.
(3)The judgment of revocation of a foreign corporation’s authority to transact business in this state appoints the Secretary of State the foreign corporation’s agent for service of process in any proceeding based on a cause of action which arose during the time the fore
