Text

(1)A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state may change the foreign corporation’s registered office or registered agent by delivering to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of change that sets forth:
(a)The name of the foreign corporation;
(b)The address, including the street and number, of the new registered office, if the foreign corporation intends to change the current registered office;
(c)The name of the new registered agent and a statement that the new agent has consented to the appointment, if the foreign corporation intends to change the current registered agent; and
(d)A statement that after the change or changes are made, the street addresses of the foreign corporation’s registered office and the office or residence address of the foreign
