Text

(1)If, upon the cancellation of a retailer agreement by the retailer or the supplier, the supplier fails to make payment as required by ORS 646A.304 or 646A.306, the supplier shall be liable in a civil action to be brought by the retailer or by the retailer’s spouse, heir or heirs for the payments required under ORS 646A.304 or 646A.306.
(2)A person who brings an action under this section must commence the action in the county in which the principal place of business of the retailer is located.
