Text
Justice courts shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the circuit court of all prosecutions arising under ORS 628.210 to 628.370. The district attorney may institute prosecutions for violations of ORS 628.210 to 628.370 by information, or the prosecutions may be instituted by indictment or complaint verified before any magistrate.
