Text

(1)A person shall not manufacture for sale, or sell or exchange, or expose or offer for sale or exchange, any condensed or evaporated milk, or any substance containing any milk or milk products and designed or intended to be used or capable of being used for or as a substitute for condensed or evaporated milk, if the milk used in the manufacture thereof is unlawful as defined under ORS 621.226.
(2)A person shall not manufacture for sale, or sell or expose, or offer for sale or exchange, any condensed or evaporated milk containing any vegetable fat.
