Text
(1)A person engaged in the business of freezing or making frozen desserts and then selling those frozen desserts at wholesale must obtain a license to carry on that business from the State Department of Agriculture as provided in this section. The person must obtain a separate license for each wholesale establishment operated by the person.
(2)Upon payment to the department of a license fee of $60, the department may issue a license to any applicant to make or freeze frozen desserts and then sell those frozen desserts at wholesale.
(3)The license shall expire on June 30 next following the date of its issuance or on such date as may be specified by department rule. A license is personal to the applicant and is not transferable.
