Text

(1)Application for a pasteurizer operator license shall be made to the State Department of Agriculture on forms provided by the department. A license issued or renewed by the department under this section may be restricted so as to authorize the licensee to engage only in a limited line of activity commensurate with the ability of the licensee.
(2)An applicant for original issuance of a license must pass a reasonable written examination, give a practical demonstration of ability to carry out licensee duties and pay the fee required by this section.
(3)A license issued under this section expires on June 30 of each even-numbered year next following the date of its issuance or on such date as may be specified by department rule, and may be renewed upon application of the licensee. Each app
