Text

(1)Any corporation organized under this chapter may elect to be governed as an employee cooperative under the provisions of ORS 62.765 to 62.792, by so stating in its articles of incorporation or amendments thereto filed in accordance with this chapter.
(2)A corporation so electing shall be governed by all provisions of this chapter, except as otherwise provided in ORS 62.765 to 62.792.
(3)An employee cooperative may include the word “cooperative” or “co-op” in its corporate name.
