A cooperative, at any time prior to the time the Secretary of State has filed the articles of dissolution, may revoke voluntary dissolution proceedings theretofore taken, by adoption of a resolution of revocation in the same manner and by the same required vote of members and shareholders as are required by this chapter for adoption of a resolution to dissolve.
