Text

Except as provided in ORS 603.075, all moneys received by the State Department of Agriculture pursuant to ORS 599.269 and this chapter shall be paid into the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. Such moneys are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of administering ORS 599.269, ORS chapters 604, 616 and 619 and this chapter and for the purpose of administering such provisions of ORS chapters 162, 164 and 607 as apply to theft of livestock.
