Text
(1)In order that there may be the closest contact between the State Department of Agriculture and the problems of the Christmas tree industry, there hereby is created a State Christmas Tree Advisory Committee, which shall consist of six members appointed by the Director of Agriculture. The director, as far as practicable, shall make appointments so that all areas of the state are represented on the committee.
(2)The term of each member shall be for three years, from the date of appointment. A member shall continue to serve until a successor is appointed and qualifies. Vacancies in office shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired term. An individual is not eligible to serve more than two consecutive terms as a member.
