(1)The Oregon Hemp Commission may adopt rules to establish the amount of payment that a member of the commission receives under ORS 292.495 for each day, or portion of a day, during which the member is engaged in the performance of official duties. Any rules adopted under this section must specify that the amount must be at least the amount of payment that would otherwise be provided under ORS 292.495.
(2)Members, officers and employees of the commission must receive their actual and necessary travel and other expenses reasonably incurred in the performance of their official duties. Subject to any limitations described under ORS 292.495 (2), the commission shall adopt rules governing the incurring and paying of the expenses described in this subsection.
