Text
The state fair director may authorize the conducting of any lawful business at fairground properties and facilities. A business operating on fairground properties or facilities under authorization from the state fair director is not required to obtain a local business license for the operation. However, nothing in this section shall interfere with the laws of this state requiring a license for the operation of a restaurant or requiring a license to be obtained from the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission for the sale or distribution of alcoholic liquors.
