Text
(1)The State Department of Agriculture may grant credit for services and materials furnished pursuant to the laws administered by the department.
(2)The department shall prepare an itemized invoice of the services and materials furnished by the department and send the invoice to the person responsible for payment. The amount owing by the person is due and payable to the department on or before the 30th day after the date of the invoice.
