Text

(1)Jurisdiction of all interested parties may be had by the publication of summons in the manner provided by ORCP 7. Copies of the summons and the petition of the district shall be mailed to each qualified elector and landowner at the mailing address as shown by the records of the county clerk, the county tax collector and the county assessor, and to all known creditors of the district.
(2)The Water Resources Commission shall be served with a copy of the summons and petition.
