Text

If a director of an irrigation district ceases to be a resident of the State of Oregon or ceases to be an owner, or a shareholder of a corporate owner, of land that is subject to the charges or assessments of the district situated in the division from which the director was elected or appointed, the position of the director becomes vacant. The vacancy must be filled as provided in ORS 545.188.
