Text

A person who holds a license or permit issued under the commercial fishing laws may not possess or land any species of euphausiids, commonly known as krill, or take euphausiids from any waters of the Pacific Ocean over which this state has jurisdiction, including the area outside the territorial jurisdiction of this state but within the part of the exclusive economic zone of the United States represented by a straight line extension of the boundaries of the state drawn seaward a distance of 200 nautical miles.
