Text
The State Fish and Wildlife Commission shall adopt rules governing public and private salmon hatchery practices by July 1, 1984. The commission shall also submit quarterly reports to the Emergency Board on matters related to the adoption of rules and the impact of hatchery practices on the salmon resource.
