Text

(1)A person who is licensed to operate an outdoor club shall report immediately to the State Fish and Wildlife Commission any material changes in the information required to be contained in the application.
(2)Upon receipt of any such report, the commission may suspend a license that has been issued for such time as the commission considers necessary to adequately investigate and approve the information submitted.
