Text

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services, with the approval of the Electrical and Elevator Board, may adopt rules regulating or prohibiting conflicts of interest for electrical inspectors in regard to any work performed by an inspector or a related party under a license issued under ORS 479.630.
