Text
Bonds authorized under ORS 478.410 shall be issued and sold in the manner prescribed in ORS chapter 287A. The bonds shall be so conditioned that the district agrees to pay, at the place named, to the bearer the sum named in lawful money of the United States with interest at the rate named, payable semiannually each year in accordance with the terms of interest coupons attached.
