Text

Subject to any applicable provision of ORS chapter 183, the Oregon Health Authority, the State Department of Agriculture and the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may possess, seize or dispose of marijuana, usable marijuana, medical cannabinoid products, cannabinoid concentrates and cannabinoid extracts as is necessary for the authority to ensure compliance with and enforce the provisions of ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919 and any rule adopted under ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919.
