Subject to the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, if the applicant or licensee violates a provision of ORS 475C.600 to 475C.648 or a rule adopted under a provision of ORS 475C.600 to 475C.648, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may refuse to issue or renew, or may suspend or revoke, a license issued under ORS 475C.065, 475C.085, 475C.093 or 475C.097.
