The Illegal Marijuana Market Enforcement Grant Program Fund is established in the State Treasury separate and distinct from the General Fund. Moneys in the Illegal Marijuana Market Enforcement Grant Program Fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of ORS 475C.531. Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund.
