In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may impose for each violation of a provision of ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 or a rule adopted under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 a civil penalty that does not exceed $10,000 for each violation. The commission shall impose civil penalties under this section in the manner provided by ORS 183.745. Moneys collected under this section shall be deposited in the General Fund.
