Except for the power to adopt rules, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may delegate to the administrator appointed under ORS 471.720 any of the commission’s functions, duties and powers as prescribed by ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525, 475C.540 to 475C.586, 475C.600 to 475C.648, 475C.770 to 475C.919 and 475C.950 or any other law of the state related to the regulation of marijuana items.
