If a temporary injunction is granted, the court may issue further restraining orders as described in ORS 471.635; and forthwith may issue an order closing such place against its use for any purpose until the final decision, or the court may allow such place to be occupied or used during the pendency of the injunction proceedings by requiring the defendants to furnish an irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008 or a bond with sufficient surety, to be approved by the court, in the penal sum of not less than $2,500, payable to the state.
