Text

If the action of the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission in suspending a license or permit issued under this chapter is not sustained upon judicial review under ORS chapter 183, the commission shall promptly refund the amount paid pursuant to ORS 471.322 (1) by check or order drawn on the State Treasurer from the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission Account.
