A full or limited on-premises sales license issued to a hotel or arena under the provisions of this chapter authorizes the person to whom the license is issued to provide for in-room supplies of the alcoholic beverages otherwise authorized to be sold under the license. Any in-room supply of alcoholic beverages that are available for purchase by patrons of the hotel or arena shall be kept in a locked cabinet, and shall conform with any rules that the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may promulgate to ensure the enforcement of other provisions of this chapter.
