Text

(1)The Renewable Energy Development Subaccount is established in the Clean Energy Deployment Fund established in ORS 470.800. Interest earned by the Renewable Energy Development Subaccount shall be credited to the subaccount. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the State Department of Energy for purposes related to renewable energy development.
(2)The department may accept grants, donations, contributions or gifts from any source for deposit in the Renewable Energy Development Subaccount.
