Text

(1)There is established a Northwest Regional Power and Conservation Account. Moneys received pursuant to Public Law 96-501 shall be placed in the account.
(2)The account created by subsection (1) of this section is continuously appropriated for disbursement to state agencies, including but not limited to the Public Utility Commission, the State Department of Energy, the State Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Water Resources Department to carry out the purposes of Public Law 96-501, subject to legislative approval or limitation by law or Emergency Board action.
