ORS 469.595 does not prohibit:

(1)The Energy Facility Siting Council from receiving and processing applications for site certificates for nuclear-fueled thermal power plants under ORS 469.300 to 469.563, 469.590 to 469.619 and 469.930; or

(2)An applicant for a site certificate under ORS 469.300 to 469.563, 469.590 to 469.619 and 469.930 from obtaining any other necessary licenses, permits or approvals for the planning or siting of a nuclear-fueled thermal power plant. [1981 c.1 §8] (Transportation of Radioactive Material)
