The provisions of ORS 468B.300 to 468B.500 apply to liquefied natural gas while the gas is in transit through the navigable waters of the state or while the gas is at a facility that receives liquefied natural gas from a vessel. [2007 c.157 §5] (Facility and Covered Vessel Contingency Planning)
