As used in ORS 468A.630 to 468A.645:

(1)“Chlorofluorocarbons” includes:

(a)CFC-11 (trichlorofluoromethane);

(b)CFC-12 (dichlorodifluoromethane);

(c)CFC-113 (trichlorotrifluoroethane);

(d)CFC-114 (dichlorotetrafluoroethane); and

(e)CFC-115 ((mono)chloropentafluoro-ethane).

(2)“Halon” includes:

(a)Halon-1211 (bromochlorodifluoro-ethane);

(b)Halon-1301 (bromotrifluoroethane); and

(c)Halon-2402 (dibromotetrafluoro-ethane).
