Text
(1)Because of the extraordinary effect that the federal operating permit program may have on small business, there is hereby established within the Department of Environmental Quality a Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program in accordance with section 507 of the Clean Air Act. This program shall include each element specified in section 507(a) of the Clean Air Act.
(2)A Compliance Advisory Panel is established to:
(a)Advise the department on the effectiveness of the Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program;
(b)Report to the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency as required by federal law;
(c)Review the information to be issued by the program for small busi
