Text

(1)The Environmental Quality Commission by rule shall prohibit fuel that consists entirely of biodiesel, designated as B100, from being considered a low carbon fuel under the low carbon fuel standards unless the fuel complies with ASTM D 6751 and has an oxidation stability induction period of not less than eight hours as determined by the test method described in European standard EN 15751.
