The Oregon Climate Action Commission shall establish a process for consultation with representatives of federally recognized Indian tribes in this state to advise the commission on the performance of its duties under ORS 468A.183 to 468A.199, including the identification of opportunities to support indigenous practices and knowledge from tribal nations to sequester and store carbon on natural and working lands.
